Originally a small town girl from the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, who dreamed of a life in a big city; much of my work explores narratives, and conveying stories through meaningful nuances within my projects. I appreciate the minute details that some may not even notice, but are crucial to the integrity of the final piece. The driving factors in my work include: research, chameleon-ism (that is, altering my design styles to best blend in with my project’s needs) and fabrication experimentation. Among my other interests are typography, publication design, and creating pleasing experiences :-)
